Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This page explains whether Tubberstudio sells or shares personal information, what that means under US state privacy laws, and how you can opt out. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

At a glance

  • We do not sell your personal information for money.
  • We use Google Ads and Google Analytics cookies, which may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • To opt out, email [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". No account is needed.
  • We act on opt-out requests within 15 business days.

What "sale" and "sharing" mean

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), a sale means making personal information available to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. Sharing means making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning ads based on your activity across different websites, even when no money changes hands.

Other states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island, give residents the right to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising and certain profiling.

What we share and with whom

We do not sell your name, email address, postal address or payment details. When you browse the Site, advertising and analytics cookies may make the following available to Google:

CategoryExamplesRecipientPurpose
Online identifiersCookie IDs, IP address, device and browser informationGoogle Ads, Google AnalyticsAdvertising, ad measurement, analytics

Service providers (not a sale or share)

Some companies process information on our behalf under contract and may not use it for their own purposes. Disclosures to them are not a sale or share: PayPal (payments), DigitalOcean Spaces (file and image storage), OpenAI (on-site product search), Telegram (order notifications to staff), our email service provider (SMTP) and shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

How to opt out

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share".
  2. Include the email address you use with us so we can apply your choice to your orders and marketing records.
  3. We confirm by email once your request has been applied.

You do not need to create an account, and we do not require identity verification for an opt-out request. We ask only for the information needed to process it. We may decline a request only if we have a good-faith, documented reason to believe it is fraudulent, and we will tell you why.

We extend this choice to all customers in the United States, not only residents of states that require it.

Using an authorized agent

You may have an authorized agent submit an opt-out request for you. We may ask the agent for signed permission from you to act on your behalf.

Timing

We act on opt-out requests as soon as feasibly possible and no later than 15 business days after we receive them. If we shared your information with a third party after you made your request and before we complied, we will notify that party of your opt-out and direct it to stop using the information.

Browser opt-out signals

At this time the Site does not automatically detect browser-based opt-out preference signals. Please use the email method above, and we will apply your choice.

What happens after you opt out

We stop sharing your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity across other sites. We will wait at least 12 months before asking you to opt back in, unless you ask us to.

Consumers under 16

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We would do so only with prior opt-in consent from the consumer if aged 13 to 15, or from a parent or guardian if under 13. The Site is not directed to children.

Sensitive personal information

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. Payment information is handled by PayPal. For this reason we do not offer a separate "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link.

Your other privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information. We respond to these requests within 45 days, and may extend once by another 45 days with notice to you. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Appeal". We respond within 60 days and explain our decision. If you disagree with the outcome, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.

No discrimination

We will not deny you goods, charge you a different price or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
