These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Tubberstudio website at https://tubberstudio.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by The Tubber LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms carefully.

Accepting these Terms

By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

Eligibility and use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or make a purchase. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• scrape, data-mine or use automated tools to extract content from the Site;
• interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.

Products, pricing and availability

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We work to show product details, colors and images accurately, but screens differ and small variations may occur. Prices and availability may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Orders and cancellations

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock shortages, payment authorization problems, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will let you know.

You may ask to cancel an order before it has entered processing or shipment. Requests received after processing has started may not be approved. If a cancellation is approved and a refund applies, it is issued to the original payment method.

Shipping and returns

We ship only to addresses within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays or other events outside our control. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including text, graphics, product designs, images and logos, belongs to The Tubber LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Tubber LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Tubber LLC, its owners, employees and service providers from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, violation of law or infringement of anyone's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Tubber LLC operates (Florida), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
