You have 30 calendar days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, including any tags or accessories.
2. How to Start a Return

- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the item(s), especially if they are damaged or defective.
We will respond with detailed return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective item or the wrong item was sent).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.
Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:
- Major Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after the refund is issued.
- PayPal: Usually within 24 hours after the refund is issued.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to stock availability. Please contact us at [email protected] to check availability.
For a different product, we generally find it faster for you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
- Digital downloads.
- Perishable goods.

- Hygiene-related products (if the seal is broken or packaging is opened).
7. Damaged or Wrong Items

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you, including covering any return shipping.

9. Sale Items
