This page explains how Tubberstudio prepares and delivers your order, what shipping costs, and how long it takes to arrive.

- We ship to addresses in the United States only.
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75.
- Estimated delivery: 5–11 business days from the order date (processing time included).
Where we ship
Orders ship from warehouses located in the United States, and we deliver to addresses within the United States only. We do not accept international orders at this time.
Order processing
Orders are processed within up to 3 business days before they are handed to the carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is already included in the total delivery estimate below. It is not added on top of it.

Orders are shipped with established carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with your tracking number. You can also check the status at any time on our Track Order page.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control can sometimes add time. If your order seems late, email us with your order number and we will check on it for you.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
