1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order is processed and handed to the shipping carrier, the estimated delivery times listed below will apply.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping method to customers within the United States. Delivery times are estimated and begin after order processing is complete.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the total weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system after you receive the notification.
5. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery dates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Tubberstudio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. 6. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Tubberstudio is not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipment fee will apply to send the order to the correct address.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing:
- Contact the shipping carrier to initiate a trace or investigation.
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of your communication with the carrier.
We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either replace your items (subject to availability) or issue a refund.
8. International Shipping
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are payable upon delivery.
- Delivery times vary significantly by destination country and are not guaranteed.
- Some items in our catalog may not be eligible for international shipping due to size, weight, or manufacturer restrictions.
