Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order from Tubberstudio. If something is not right, this page explains how returns and refunds work.

What can be returned

You can request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To qualify, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned with its original packaging, tags and any included accessories

We may ask for proof of purchase to verify your order.

How to return an item

1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason.
2. Wait for our approval. Please do not send anything back before you receive it.
3. We email you return instructions and a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
4. Pack the item and ship it using the label and instructions provided.
5. We inspect the item when it arrives.
6. Once the inspection is complete, we process your refund.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping is free for approved returns. We provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please report it within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the problem
• Clear photos of the item and the issue

After reviewing your report, we may offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we inspect the returned item, and are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Your bank or PayPal may need additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Items that cannot be returned

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Perishable goods
• Final sale or clearance items, where applicable

Items that do not meet the return conditions above may also not be eligible for a refund.

United States orders only

Tubberstudio sells and ships within the United States only. Returns, refunds and replacements are available only for orders delivered within the United States.
